Your mission ?

As part of our development, we are looking for a BtB Manager on a permanent contract, based in Milan, Italy.


Reporting to our KAM B2B manager, your mission will be to:

  • Develop a portfolio of new customers for Wonderbox i.e. to create and then develop the loyalty of a network of customers mainly in Italy.
  • You approach prospects directly (field visits, trade shows, etc.) or by telephone and email in order to present Wonderbox's business offers
  • You will respond to calls for tender issued by prospects, present and negotiate the commercial conditions
  • You are in charge of signing the sales contracts and you must control the follow-up of the contractual elements
  • You ensure the follow-up and management of your client portfolio by developing various tools for animating your network
  • You will build concrete strategies and action plans to achieve your commercial objectives

Your profile? 

  • You will be responsible for the management of your client portfolio by developing various tools to promote your network.
  • You have at least 5-8 years' experience as a B2B salesperson and/or large companies.
  • You are able to address a wide range of contacts (purchasing department, sales department, human resources department, marketing department, marketing agency, etc.)
  • You are known for your ability to make proposals to help clients boost their sales and offer them innovative solutions.
  • You are a fine negotiator who has a real taste for the field and is able to make proposals.
  • You are dynamic, creative and have excellent interpersonal skills,
  • You have excellent communication skills, with all types of personalities. You have a real entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You are organised and multi-tasking
  • You are fluent in Italy and English
